All items are custom-made and handmade to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please ensure that all names, dates, sizes, colors, and design details are entered correctly before completing your purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.

• Turnaround time is 7–10 business days after payment is received.
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
• We are not responsible for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• No refunds will be issued due to delays caused by shipping carriers.
