A: All items are custom made. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing. Shipping takes an additional 3–5 business days.
Q: Do you offer refunds or returns?
A: No. All items are custom made to order, so we do not accept returns or refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Q: Do you offer local delivery?
A: Yes, we offer local delivery within 10 miles. Local deliveries are made on weekends.
Q: Can I rush my order?
A: Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule. Please contact us before placing your order.
Q: What if I enter the wrong name, size, or address?
A: Please double-check all information before placing your order. We are not responsible for customer entry errors.
Q: How will I know when my order ships?
