Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days after payment has been received. Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the shipping carrier.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within 10 miles. Local deliveries are primarily made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Delivery fees and minimum order amounts are calculated at checkout. Customers will be contacted to verify the day of delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or holidays.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Amber’s Lit Mind is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
